PCS is well equipped to profile a variety of materials
- Mild Steel, SABS 1431/1300WA, hot and cold rolled sheets. From 5mm to 300mm thick
- Plate sizes range from 2500mm x 1200mm up to 13 000mm x 3000mm
- Floor plates or Vastrap/Checker plate in all thicknesses in various sheet sizes
- Hard Wearing plates or SS10/200/Bennox, from 6mm to 50mm in thickness
- ROQ-TUFF or Weldox 700, Domex 550 from 6mm up to 125mm in various sheet sizes
- ROQ-LAST / TH400 / VRN400 / Hardox 500 / VRN 500
- Grade S355JR/JD Structural Steel
- Grade 70/430A – Boiler Plate
Our full in house CAD facilities are available to assist customers with drawings, or to nest items to ensure cost efficiency. We provide 2D and 3D developments as well as 3D modeling and detailing.
